Yes — all projects are split across milestones: typically 40% upfront, 40% at design approval, and 20% at launch. For larger projects we can arrange a 4-milestone structure.

There are standard ongoing costs: domain registration (NPR 1,500–2,500/year), hosting (NPR 5,000–20,000/year depending on traffic), and optionally our maintenance plan (from NPR 8,000/month). We are transparent about all costs upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer (for Nepali clients), and Stripe for international clients. We issue proper invoices and receipts for all payments.

A standard 5–8 page business website takes 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch. E-commerce stores take 5–8 weeks. Complex custom builds are scoped individually. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide feedback and content.

Do I need to provide content and photos?

We prefer to use your real content and photos — they perform better than stock imagery for local SEO. We provide content guidelines to make it easy. If you cannot provide photos, we can arrange a professional photography session at an additional cost.

All projects include two rounds of revisions at the design stage and one round after development. Additional revision rounds can be added for a small fee. We rarely need more than two rounds with clear briefing upfront.
